Returns and Warranties
Tiara Fine Jewelry does not offer refunds. You may, however, exchange the item for something else, or a store credit within 10 days of purchase.
Returns: You have a (10) ten day purchase period on all website purchases. Should you decide to return an item within (10) ten days, you may choose to pay a 15% restocking fee or receive a store/website credit for your entire purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange any item(s) ordered, a Return or Exchange Authorization is required prior to sending any merchandise back to Tiara Fine Jewelry. Items returned or exchanged will be inspected and cannot be worn or tampered with, must be free from damage or alterations, and must include the original invoice, barcode tag still attached to item, and packaging. Special order and custom items are NOT REFUNDABLE due to the specific nature of the request. Tiara Fine Jewelry will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any return shipments. Tiara Fine Jewelry, Inc. does not refund any monies paid for shipping, packing supplies, gift wrap, or insurance. Custom Orders-Repairs-Alterations: Tiara Fine Jewelry is a full-service jewelry store. We often design and produce custom designs to our customers’ specifications. Because these designs are specific to one person's request, these Custom Orders are NOT returnable. In addition, custom repairs and/or alterations are not returnable. This policy includes, but is not limited to: Custom design of Rings/Sizing, Pendants, shortening of Chains or Bracelets, and all jewelry that is made or changed to a customer's specification.
In Store Purchase: We do not accept returns for in store purchases. If you would like to return an item, you will receive a store credit or you can exchange the jewelry within 10 days of purchase.
Warranty: Tiara Fine Jewelry, Inc. does offer a (30) thirty day limited warranty. Tiara Fine Jewelry, Inc. warrants all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. Tiara Fine Jewelry, Inc. is not responsible for those items subjected to excessive wear, abuse, or physical damage whether accidental or otherwise. Tiara Fine Jewelry, Inc. does not warrant rings that have been sized. Ring sizing voids all warranties. Estate items are sold as-is and a warranty is not included.
